Which hitch 13322 or 13301 would more closely match the height of my existing OE hitch receiver? Just looking at the pictures it seems like with the concealed tubes the receiver sits lower.

You're correct. When installed, the # 13322 (visible cross tube) is going to be 20" from the top of the hitch to the ground, where the # 13301 (concealed cross tube) is going to be 18-1/2" from the top of the receiver to the ground; this puts the # 13322 as likely to match the OEM hitch height a little bit closer. It likely stems from the concealed tube hitch compensating a little extra to clear the bumper.
We've produced some installation videos of these hitches on similar trucks that also detail these measurements that I recommend taking a look at.
