This setup is made to haul serious weight while keeping things stable and predictable on the road. The ST235/80R16 radial tire carries up to 3,420 lbs at 80 psi with a 10-ply rating. Reinforced sidewalls and a high-load tread compound keep it steady under repeated cycles so you can tow confidently without overbuilding your trailer.
No shop trip or balancing weights needed here. The tire comes pre-mounted on the 16" x 7" Eagle aluminum wheel and is bead-balanced from the factory using internal balancing beads. That means smooth highway tracking, even wear, and longer tread life right out of the box—all you need to do is bolt it up and check pressure before your first run.
Built for long drives and real highway speeds, the Maxxis ST radial design stays planted and quiet up to 87 mph. The rib pattern tread reduces irregular wear for a longer service life, while the dual-cord casing boosts strength and damage resistance. It’s a combination that makes every mile feel steady, even when loaded heavy in the heat.
The machined black aluminum wheel looks sharp and fights off rust and road grime thanks to its corrosion-resistant finish. Steel lug nut inserts protect the bolt holes from wear so you can torque them down without worrying about distortion. It’s a durable design that stays clean and solid through rain, salt, or long storage.
When things go wrong on the road, this combo has your back. It includes a 1-year No Excuses Guarantee for free replacement under normal use, 2 years of 24/7 roadside assistance across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico, plus a 5-year limited warranty on radial ST tires and lifetime structural coverage on the wheels.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"
