Are all of these Maxxis 16" 8 on 6-1/2" wheel-and-tire combos pre-balanced?

They are, Julie - the # MXS27FR, # MXS69FR, and # MXS79FR all come bead-balanced and pre-mounted from the factory, with high-pressure valve stems already installed. They’re ready to bolt up to your trailer right out of the box. I do recommend double checking that the pressure is correct on all of them before hitting the road.
Do you have a torque wrench handy? I can share the proper spec for 8-lug aluminum versus steel wheels.
