Question:
I’m torn between steel and aluminum for my new wheels. Both the MXS27FR and MXS69FR fit my trailer. Is there a reason to pick one over the other?

You’ve narrowed it down perfectly, Ben. Both share the same ST235/80R16 Load Range E 3,420 lbs @ 80 psi tire and 8-lug pattern - it just comes down to looks and environment. Aluminum # MXS27FR resists corrosion and weighs about 8 lbs less; steel # MXS69FR costs less and hides scratches better but doesn't have those aluminum benefits. I do think both look really nice!
Do you store your trailer indoors, or is it outside year-round?
