Low-slung trailers can scrape or bottom out on driveways and rough roads. This 5-7/16" tall center hanger gives your suspension the lift it needs for better ground clearance and a level stance. It’s one of the tallest options available, measured from the top of the hanger to the center of the bolt hole, so it’s ideal when you need extra height without changing the axle setup.
A suspension mount has to take real abuse from bumps, potholes, and heavy loads. This hanger is built from 0.36" thick steel for solid strength and durability. It suspends the equalizer on tandem- or triple-axle setups, giving your double-eye leaf springs a secure and reliable anchor point that keeps the suspension geometry true mile after mile.
Matching spring hardware makes all the difference for smooth suspension movement. This center hanger works with 1-3/4" wide double-eye springs that use 9/16" diameter eyes and a 3/4" diameter bolt (sold separately). The inside diameter is 1-7/8", giving proper side clearance so the spring and equalizer can move freely without binding.

Today we're going to take a look at the 5-7/16" tall center hanger bracket for double eye springs. This center hanger will suspend the equalizer on tandem or triple axle trailers to provide attachment points for you double eye inaudible 00:00:13 springs. It is a weld on installation, attaches to the underside of your trailer frame. This hanger's designed to fit 1-3/4" wide double eye springs and it has 3/4" diameter eyes right here for the bolts. It is designed to work with a 3/4" diameter bolt. We do sell those separately on our website, and they're listed on the product page of this product as a related product. Quantity is just for one hanger. Give you a few spec on this. We're going to measure the overall dimensions, so we'll go the length from this edge to this edge. It's right at 3".
The overall width, outside to outside, is right at 2-5/8". Now the inside width is probably right at 2" and the overall height from the very bottom, let's turn it the way and we'll go from the very bottom to the very top of the bracket, is 6-1/8" tall. When they do describe this hanger they call this a 5-7/16" tall center hanger bracket. Where they get that measure from, the hangers are always measured from the center of the bolt hoe to the top of the hanger. So if we got center to top, that'll get you your 5-7/16" tall bracket.
