  Hi Darren; unfortunately we don't have anything that will fit a 1-1/2" diameter round axle. I'm only seeing options for 1-1/2" square axles when I run an internet search like our # CE23102 but it doesn't mean they don't exist. If you can't find them anywhere else and you don't want to repair the weld I would say you need to reach out to a local fabricator. You can probably find the U-bolts at a local hardware store and have them fabricate spring seats and the U-bolt plates.
