Question:

The hub face of my HB trailer is 57" and the sprint 47" . Do you kits that fits on my trailer and can your 60" works on my trailer?

In order to determine if we have a new axle beam that will work for you, we would first need to do some measuring. The measurements that will need to be taken are from the center of each spring seat on the axle you have now as well as the distance between the two hub faces. I have attached a photo of this for you as well. The most important measurement that you need to verify is the hub face as the spring seats can be moved.

For example, if you have a hub face of 60" you can then use the Dexter Trailer Idler Axle w/ Idler Hubs part # 20440I-EZ-60 which has a 48" spring center.

The above Dexter Trailer Idler Axle w/ Idler Hubs part # 20440I-EZ-60 could still work for you but the wheels would stick out around 1-1/2" more on each side so a better option is going to be the CE Smith Trailer Axle part # CE33201GA with the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly part # AKIHUB-440-2-G-2K (2) which has a 57-1/2" hub face and 46-1/2" spring center. This is most likely a direct bolt-on replacement for your trailer but you may need to move the spring seats just a tad bit. The 1/2" discrepancy is not a big deal at all and it could very well be attributed to where each measurement was taken (exactly) or what they rounded to. The only other thing you will need is the CE Smith U-Bolt Kit part # CE23102.
