Can a boat square axle 3500 rating be used on a travel trailer round camber axle same 3500 lb rating.Seems like they could be interchanged.After all boats are sometimes heavier and get loaded too. Difference???

Yes, you can replace a trailer's round axle with a square axle as long as the weight capacity is appropriate. You will need a new U-bolt kit to connect the axle:
1-1/2 inch square axles # CE23102
1-3/4 inch square axles # 175130 for the U-Bolts and # 116308 for the plate
2 inch square axles # CE23103
