Older incandescent bulbs can fade and draw more power than they should. This 6-7/16" oval amber LED light solves that with a clean, efficient design. It uses 10 LEDs behind a clear lens to deliver bright illumination that stands out for both parking and turn signal functions. At 12.8V it only draws 0.243 amps for the parking light and 0.275 amps for the turn signal, so you get solid performance with minimal power use.
If your trailer ever sees water or road spray, this light holds up. The housing and lens are sealed and waterproof, making it a solid choice for boat trailers or other wet environments. You won’t have to worry about moisture getting inside or damaging the LEDs.
No need to fight with complicated wiring. The light uses a standard 3-prong PL-3 plug that works with either the right-angle pigtail (A47PB) or straight pigtail (A45PB), both sold separately. Once connected, it’s ready to run on any 12V DC system with clear identification of ground, running, and turn wires.
You can install this light recessed with the required A70GB grommet (sold separately) for a flush look that protects the housing from bumps. If you’d rather mount it externally without cutting a new hole, you can use the optional BK70BB bracket (sold separately) along with the same grommet. Either way, it fits neatly and stays solid once in place.

What's up everybody It's AJ with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna be checking out this Optronics parking and signal light. Just gonna go on the side of your trailer. It's gonna have a clear lens, but the LED lights on the inside are gonna be amber. Let's check it out. Today we're gonna be installing on our Big Tex flatbed trailer.
Now you come in closer, look at it. It's gonna have 10 diodes on it, so that's gonna help how bright it is. Now with the clear lens out front, it's not gonna already have that amber color that some other lights do. The LEDs themself are gonna light up amber. Let's install the light real quick.
We have our three prong connector here. Just plug it into the back of our light. Now, it's also gonna be able to be submerged in water. So if you're putting on a boat trailer, that's okay too. And it's DOT compliant.
So I'm gonna push it here in our grommet. Just like that. Now we're gonna turn on the lights and see how bright it is. It has the brake lights on there right now. We're gonna do a right turn And then we can go to taillights.
Taking a good look at the light. It is shine pretty bright there, brighter than the one we had in before. Now the light measure 6 5/16 of an inch by 2 1/8 of an inch. So make sure you measure your trailer, and make sure it's gonna fit in there just like this one. Now there's some different options for side marker lights. So another LED one would be this one. It has an a amber lens on it, so even when it's off, you can see it's that amber color and it has a mirrored background. So it's gonna be a little bit brighter than when we have installed right now. Also this is one that protrudes a little bit this light comes out. So it's gonna help with visibility, especially if the rail up here, this can stick out a little bit further so you or anybody on the side can see it easier. Then we have incandescent, which we usually recommend you replace with an LED because this is an old bulb style. It works just fine, but it's not gonna last as long as the LEDs or be as bright. Overall, this is gonna be a good LED light to add to your trailer if you're replacing one. It's definitely be an upgrade. If you're going from incandescent to LED, this is gonna be way brighter and last way longer than those bulb lights. Well, I think that does it. Thanks for hanging out. I hope this helped.

This light was almost an exact match for the stock light that came on the camper. I bought 2 and replaced them both, and they seem to be a little bit brighter than the originals, which I am glad with.

Identical size, shape & function to the original taillight on a 2-yo Master Tow dolly. Replacement taillight from the mfg didn’t fit the original taillight bezel. This one is an exact fit.

I have not hooked it up to power, but I'm sure it will work. THe only disappointment I had was the light I removed had a rubber pad to help seal the screw holes and wire entry to the back of my trailer to keep moisture out. This light does not have that and it is not available from your company.
Exact replacements for my old tail lights.Fit perfectly. They also solved the issue. Tho old tail lights were allowing the blinker current to back track through the clearance lights. One of tail lights had water in it and when it flashed the clearance lights flashed too.
While I've not yet installed these they look like good replacements for the OEM lights. They are the correct style, size and the screw hole placement seems to be correct. My only reason for giving them an average rating is that they don't come with any gaskets. The original lights have a gasket between the back of the light and the wall of the camper. While the light unit itself is sealed the wires come through a hole in the camper wall and without a gasket the possibility of leaks is there. I will likely buy some gasket material from an auto parts store and make my own. No, I don't think the camper sealant will work as well as a rubber gasket.
