Is Load Resistor Needed To Replace Incandescent Front Turn Signal W/ Optrionics LED Turn Signal?

Im looking to install turn signal in my 4x4 new front bumper. It will be some time before I get around to changin the back. My question is will need some kind of resistor for the time difference from the rear incandescent light to the new led light?

Expert Reply:
Yes, you will need to use load resistors to keep the Optronics LED Trailer Turn Signal Lights # STL72CAB that you are installing on the front bumper of your vehicle from hyper flashing.
I recommend using the # ALEDRST1B as it has the 3-prong plug needed to plug directly into the light, and can then be wired to the truck.
You will need to connect the white wire to the ground wire on your truck, the black wire to the running light wire on your truck, and the red wire to the turn signal wire on your truck.
Lastly you will also need to use the PVC Grommet # a70gb to mount the above light in your bumper.
