This PC-rated light casts a 90-degree spread to each side for full 180-degree visibility. That means other drivers can see you from the front and side at once, making it perfect for marking corners or edges clearly. Mounted right, it pulls double duty as a clearance light and a side marker to keep your trailer outlined and easy to spot from multiple angles.
Installing it is straightforward. It surface-mounts with holes spaced 3-7/8" center-to-center, so it’s easy to line up on most trailer surfaces. The two-wire design keeps wiring simple—one lead for power and one for ground—and since it runs on standard 12V DC systems, there’s no guesswork involved. Once mounted, you’ve got a dependable amber marker light that looks clean and works hard every time you tow.

This running light is a replacement for fender -mounted originals on our dual-axel Hudson trailer. The originals were lowergrade plastic ones mounted just above a step used to step up onto the deck. No wonder our men broke both the left and right ones in one four-month period last winter. These new ones look like they have the design and beef to resist the toe of work boots going forward. Rebuilt a 10 ton flatbed trailer and upgraded the lights. These marker lights are bright and built solid! Excellent product. Thank you etrailer.
A well-built, all metal lighting fixture but not renewable such as an older incandescent bulb fixture would be. Mounting holes on this unit match that of older style marker lights. If you are refitting your trailer with these lights, the major difference is this light fixture has two wires (one, a dedicated ground) coming out the exact center of the back of the fixture.
Love these clearance lights they have colored leds if you loose lens they will still be red not clear lights. I have reflectors on truck & dot hasn’t fined me for no reflective lens on light

I replaced plastic side trailer marker that I broke wheeling a trash can by on the driveway. The new lights are much better looking and wont be broken! But I always expect quality from E-Trailer!

These lights are bright and have a nice steel housing to help protect them I use a 16 foot flat bed dove tail that I use only on minor off road to access camping spots and these help to provide extra light when towing at night due to how bright the led is
Plan is to install these on a 1967 Military M416 Jeep Trailer.
Most of the similar so called “armored” clearance/running lights are plastic, and I thought they would not last. These are “stout”.
Currently tying in the additional wiring for the trailer.
Cudos to Kimberly, who was very helpful in helping me find what I needed, and guiding me thru the order process.
SUPER product -- bought two of them for a re-wiring/re-lighting project on our 1986 Supra Ski Boat Trailer project. I zeroed in on these "side / marker" lights given the aluminum construction, the shield for the lenses, and the LED lights. I highly recommend this product. Very good light for a great price! Nice heavy duty metal case with what feels/looks like a thicker than normal lens. Easy 2 wire installation and very bright!!! I welded up some custom light guards to help protect my lights, but after seeing the ruggedness of these, I think I wasted my time. Definitely recommend!

Thank you! The lights are great, no issues at all, and tough as nails!!! I have them on a 10k 6x10 dump trailer, that I beat the snot out of, gravel logging roads, mud, snow, ice, driving through brush. I just wish my trailer tires were as tough as those lights. Had a marker light that was always giving me trouble. This LED replacement works great. Gradually changing all my trailer lights to LED. Last longer and more reliable.

The armored clearance lights in amber and red are perfect matches to replace the older incandescant models we have on some of our vehicles and trailers. Lights are bright, and we know we can count on much less maintenance than the bulbed units. Installation was an exact match for the older units. Look and still work great.
Close to same quality as originals.
These lights arrived quickly and are of the usual eTrailer quality, which is to say, excellent.
Ordered 6 lights. They arrived in good condition and were adequately protected. The lights are nice and bright. I used them in conjunction with a strobe controller on my utility vehicle for some added safety when plowing snow this winter. They were a little large in size for the application but I selected these because they were protected with steel ribs. I don't expect that these will be broken by or ripped off by any tree branches.
I purchased these for the side rail marker lights on our 20’ boat trailer. I liked the protection on the top and bottom of the lens. There are two lights in the picture. One on the fender and one on the side rail. I used the light that came in the kit to mark the fender and this to mark the side rail.

I am still happy with this purchase but a little disappointed too. After a year, the metal bracket is rusting which is disappointing. I’d still would recommend it to future buyers but be aware of this.
Great price. great shipping and great lights for my boat trailer. I purchased four but then thought I would like to have two pull double as turn signal indicators. Sadly these great looking lights are not up to that task. Just two wires with one being a ground wire. So I have ordered a left & right side from Europe to do the job while retaining some good looks. I wish Optronics would offer these as dual function lights in this style.
These lights never disappoint. They are the perfect side marker/clearance light. These let everyone know you’re hauling something behind you. Especially at night. Also at night, I can see the lights on my trailer fenders through my door mounted mirrors perfectly. Thank you etrailer!!!
