My 2015 Keystone Outback Travel Trailer came with the LC Remote for the Slides, Awning and Lights. The Remote really came in handy when extending the Slide-Outs from outside the Trailer. Much to my surprise it did not have replacement batteries, but rechargeable batteries. I searched and found the Charger on etrailer. I ordered and it arrived in 5 days. The Charger worked fine and fully charged the Remote in about 25 mins. I'll keep the Charger in one of the Trailer drawers for future use. Thanks etrailer!!

Perfect replacement
Having lost my previous charger, this charger connected to my older LCI remote control device. Quite satisfied with the customer service. They followed up and even told me that it was delivered to my location.
Fast delivery and it works as expected.
We bought a used 2016 Jayco 39RE Designer that didn't include this charger. We received the charger in a timely manner & so far it's working great.

It worked Great! But I traded the trailer for a Montana fifth wheel. Thanks for the help in the past and in the future.
We bought the charger cord because manufacturer and Rv sales center politely left it out of Rv when we purchased it. The remote ran down and we found the Lippert charger on etrailer. Exactly as described on website, quick delivery, worked great! Exactly the amazing service we have come to expect from etrailer. Thanks etrailer

Works as it should after 1 year use.
Great purchases..
This purchase enabled me to perfectly match my OEM marker lenses for my Forest River EVO travel trailer. Lens fit snugly onto my existing lighting fixture. Able to avoid a project.
And the replacement charger for my Lippert remote device ( not provided when I purchased my used trailer) gave my remote new life - works as expected. There are youtube channels that don't acknowledge/understand that the remote device is chargeable & (should) come with a charger. They offer a re-wiring hack with a battery pack under the premise that the entire remote device ($250 - 500) must be replaced without their hack.
What makes the difference at etrailer is the clear communicating employees who have a 'make sure' attitude.

In the crazyness of the past 15 months since I purchased my EVO travel trailer, I didn't even know the battery in my remote was rechargeable, until it ceased to work correctly (even when the "battery charge" meter indicated it was still over 50% charged) and I noticed the charging port. Now it works as it should and I was happy with the delivery of the charger.

I needed the charging cord for my remote that operates my awning, jacks, etc. I emailed to verify this cord would fit. I received a quick response, placed my order & received it within 2 - 3 days. Couldn't ask for anything more.
I didn't know my remote needed a charger, we bought the RV used and I never really looked at, thought it had replaceable batteries. Anyway, when it died I realized the dealer hadn't provided a charger, found this on etrailer and was a little hesitant as I couldn't see the plug end very well to see if it would work, but when I received it it plugged right in and charged perfectly.
Your information is incorrect I only purchased the leveling kit about 3 months ago, not a year ago.
The product works as designed
I purchased a used travel trailer which had the Lippert remote but no charger. I ordered the replacement charger form etrailer.com and it arrived when promised, I can now use my remote. Thank you etrailer.
The charger works as expected. But it’s only a USB device and I paid $xx for it! Perhaps not your issue, but it should have been included with the remote control!

Part was easy to order and shipping of product was timely. Ordered part and solid RV with it.
