Hey Dale,
Looks like the factory tire size for your 2018 Honda Pilot EX-L is 245/50R18 and the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e98840 can fit 18" and smaller wheels so you'd be good to go. Just doublecheck the tire size on the sidewall of your tires to confirm this is what you have.
If you plan on towing a trailer then you'll also want to pick up the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56291 for a 4-pole connector or the Curt # CU86FR for a 7-way.
