Heavy gear or uneven loads can make a trailer squat and throw off its balance. This light-duty suspension enhancement system adds up to 1,000 lbs of extra support to help keep things level and steady. The hollow rubber springs mount above the axle and work with your existing leaf springs to absorb weight and maintain proper ride height, reducing strain on your hitch and frame.

When bumps and potholes hit, these springs take the brunt of the impact. Each rubber spring compresses to cushion jolts and road vibrations so the trailer tracks calmly behind you. The design also helps reduce sway and body roll, which makes handling tighter and the ride smoother over rough ground.

Not everything you haul sits perfectly even. Each spring in this system works independently to support its side of the trailer. That means when you hit a corner, swerve, or carry an off-center load, the springs react only where needed to keep the trailer from leaning or rolling.

These hollow rubber springs start soft to cushion light cargo, then get more rigid as the weight increases. That progressive action keeps the ride comfortable when empty and stable when packed full. The springs measure 2-3/4" tall x 3-3/8" diameter with no load and compress to 1-1/8" tall x 5" diameter under load, giving steady, predictable support through the full range of travel.

The bolts to bolt the bracket to the boat trailer frame are too short. Bolts sent are 1-1/2" long. My trailer frame is 1-1/2" wide. So The bolt has to use the washer, then the bracket , then trailer frame, then depth of nut requires minimum 2-1/4" long, but 2-1/2" would be better.
I ordered these to help reduce the rolling (tilting) of my 18' travel trailer that I use off-road. Also, I am hoping it will absorb some of the shock. I have added some photos of before and after installation. The installation was simple, I used 5/16" sheet metal screws instead of the bolts supplied. Time will tell if they work as expected.
As you can see from the photos, I have previously added an Etrailers shock mount kit to my axle. I made custom lower mounts that I welded to the axle and used the supplied upper mounts.
Product is as described, installation was easy & performed as expected.
