What Welding is Required to Install Timbren Trailer Suspension Enhancement System

I HAVE A POP-UP CAMPING TRAILER. THE TRAILER HAS A SOLID FRAM. WHAT WELDING DO I HAVE TO DO? MY AXL SETS UNDER THE SPRINGS. WILL THIS SYSTEM WORK? Colman camper, cheyenne

To install Timbren helper springs # TTRA1032 the included bolt will need to be tack welded to the top plate, the top plate then gets welded to the bottom of the frame above the leaf spring stack. The 3 lower brackets will need to be welded together to get 3 inches of space (unloaded) between the lower plate and upper frame bracket. Then the lower disc assembly gets welded to the u-bolt plate.
I have included a link to the installation instructions with more information and diagrams.
You mentioned that you have a pop up camping trailer. Timbren system # TTRA1032 is probably rated too high for a pop up. This system is rated for 7,000 pounds. If the trailer weighs under that then the helper springs will make the ride very stiff. The light duty system # TTRA1702 would not have that problem.
