Can The Timbren TTRA1702 Work On A 48 x 96 Harbor Freight Haul Master Utility Trailer
Updated 01/24/2022 | Published 01/22/2022 >
Question:
I just purchased a 48inch x 96inch Harbor Freight Haul Master utility trailer. I bought this trailer to mostly haul kayaks and the occasional small load. As far as utility trailers go, this one is on the small side, with 12inch tires. Is this Timbren product usable on a smaller trailer such as this? I use Timbren products on my trucks and love them, so I am hoping this is a product I may use on this trailer as well.

Helpful Expert Reply:
As the max working load of your 48" x 96" Harbor Freight Haul Master utility trailer is 1,720 pounds, the Timbren Trailer Suspension Enhancement System Light-Duty Trailers 1,000 lbs # TTRA1702 will have no issue working with it. However, this does need to have at least 3" of clearance as this will be the overall height of the spring and bracket once installed. I was unable to find the clearance listed anywhere so thought it was a good idea to let you know.
