Big trailers, campers, and heavy bed loads can make the rear end sag and your headlights point skyward. The Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs add up to 7,500 lbs of load-leveling support so your truck stays level and steady under serious weight. The 7" diameter double-bellows design holds more air volume than smaller springs, giving you greater leveling strength at lower pressures. That means better handling, braking, and steering control when loaded down.

Rough roads and uneven loads can beat up your suspension fast. These air springs use roll plates on top and bottom to guard against damage and extend the life of each bag. Inside, an internal jounce bumper adds protection if the air pressure drops too low or the bags aren’t inflated. Together they help absorb road shock, reduce sway, and keep your factory suspension from taking the hit when hauling or towing heavy.

Every load is different, and this setup lets you fine-tune for each one. You can inflate both springs together to level front to rear or adjust them independently for off-center loads. Manual inflation valves and air lines are included for simple adjustments using standard air fittings. Add an onboard compressor system (sold separately) if you want in-cab control. Either way, you set the exact pressure your load demands—no more stiff empty rides or squatting when hitched up.
The LoadLifter 7500 XL is built with 2-ply fabric-reinforced rubber air springs capped with high-strength Zytel nylon endcaps that are lighter, stronger, and more corrosion resistant than steel. The heavy-duty brackets and hardware come ready for install on single or dual rear wheel setups, including most 5th-wheel and gooseneck hitches. It’s a rugged system designed for real work—built to handle years of towing, hauling, and leveling without leaks or sagging performance.

Glad to hear the install wasn't too bad for you! Sorry about those self tapping screws not being included though. What are you going to be towing now that these are on?

Thats great to hear, Donald. Some folks are intimidated by airbags but - man! They get the job done well. :) Have you had to clear the roads a lot this winter?

After a year or so, the Air Lift Load Lifter 7500 XL airbags are still going strong! Great product! I would recommend them and etrailer.com to anyone. In fact, my good friend was in the market for some similar items and I sent him to etrailer.com for their great customer service and the installation videos they provide for the products they sell. Very pleased!

I ordered the Air Lift Load Lifter 7500 XL for my 2015 Chev 3500HD, single axle. The on-line video by etrailer was great and made the installation go as shown without any issues. They have worked great the fist year without any issues. I would recommend this Air Lift product to a friend.
