Question:

I have a 2019 Silverado HD with a 5 inch lift will the Air lift Loadlifter 7500 XL work or do i need adapters thank you

You will definitely need a couple of spacers to add the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs item # AL57538. Most if not all 5" lifts on Chevy trucks are not 5" in the rear because of the rake Silverado's come with from the factory. You most likely need a 3" spacer like item # F2367.

The easiest way to tell what size spacer you need is to measure your lifting block. Here are the options for 2" and 4" spacers if your lift is not 3" in the rear.

2" Spacer item # AL52420

4" Spacer item # AL52440

The Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs item # AL57538 are confirmed to fit your 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500. I have linked an installation video below to help you get them set up.

I recommend adding the Firestone Air Command item # F2610 to your truck. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.
