The Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Springs # AL57538 you were looking at can absolutely work on your truck that has been lifted by using a spacer.
To determine which spacer is correct for your lift, you will need to measure between the bottom of the air bag once it is mounted to the top bracket and top of lower bracket since each lift kit will lift your truck a different amount, and a 4" lift may not actually raise your suspension 4".
The available spacers for this kit are:
2" spacer # AL52420
4" spacer # AL52440
6" spacer # AL52460
The # AL57538 you were looking at is a confirmed fit for 2011-2019 Chevrolet and GMC 2500/3500 trucks, so if you can tell me the Year/Make/Model of your truck I would be happy to confirm which kit your truck will need.
I included a video of the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL # AL57538 being installed on a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 for you to take a look at.
