Question:

Will this kit install on a 2019 Chevy 3500 HD Single Wheel with the factory gooseneck/fifth wheel prep or do I have to drill holes through the plate?

Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL Air Helper Spring kit # AL57538 will fit both the 2WD and 4WD versions of the 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD with factory 5th wheel/gooseneck prep but you will need to drill to install it. The kit brackets will install to the bottom of the frame as shown in the linked photo.

To get the most out of this setup I recommend adding a compressor # AL25856 to allow pressure adjustment on the fly which is much more convenient than having to pull over to air up the bags manually from a service station or onboard air tank.
