Was wondering if this would fit my truck and do you have any recommendations on an air system.

Air Lift has a LoadLifter 7500 XL kit that fits your 2020 Chevy Silverado 3500 with the kit part # AL57541 but the kit you mentioned does not fit your truck. I attached an install video for this kit on a similar 2020 Silverado for you to check out as well.

For a compressor kit then the heavy duty part # AL25854 will work great to make inflating the bags and maintaining them easier. The compressor will inflate faster than standard compressors and the gauge inside the vehicle will allow you to monitor and inflate them from inside the vehicle.
