The Yakima roof rack is the way to go since it uses the longer 60" bars as they should transfer over to your truck cab nicely. The only problem is that the legs used for the naked roof on your CR-V won't be compatible with a track system so you will need to get new legs and a different fit kit for the tracks on your truck.
