Roof Rack for 2015 Honda CR-V with Aftermarket Side Rails

Question:

I plan to have after market side rails added to my 2015 cr-v- are there any problems attatching rhino or rola cross bars? As I need the extra length for the cross bars

If you are having factory/OEM side rails (that run front to back) installed on your 2015 Honda CR-V then you can certainly use crossbars like the Rhino-Rack # RRRVP33 that you were looking at. These are designed to mount to factory side rails on the Honda CRV so as long as they are genuine OEM rails that are being put on your vehicle, these bars will work great.

If the side rails you are adding are from a different manufacturer and are not genuine Honda parts then I cannot confirm compatibility as they have not been tested.

We do also have a large selection of roof racks available that are confirmed to fit your Honda CR-V without having to install side rails. The Yakima CoreBar system, which consists of # Y00422, # Y28TR, # Y06148, and # Y06152 will work perfectly on the naked roof. It also includes longer 60 inch aero-style crossbars.
