Hey, I was wondering if this is a complete roof rack and if it would be compatible with a toyota corolla 06. Also, it be able to fit a feather raft on top of this roof rack? A feather raft weighs 60 pounds and the size is 4ft x 8ft x 6in. Thank you so much!

The Yakima Jetstream roof rack part numbers # Y00425, # Y28TR, # Y06136, and # Y06148 is a confirmed fit for your 2006 Toyota Corolla and would be an excellent choice for a roof rack.
This rack has a weight capacity of 165 lbs so as long as the owners manual of your vehicle states that you have at least the weight capacity of your raft this would be an excellent option.
