I do have a solution for you, however the Rhino-Rack roof rack that you referenced will not fit your 2013 Toyota Venza if it's equipped with the panoramic glass roof. None of the solutions from Rhino-Rack are compatible with the panoramic roof on your vehicle.

I checked with Yakima though and they do state that their JetStream Crossbar system is compatible with the glass roof and will work great on your Venza. This roof rack consists of # Y00426 for the two 60 inch JetStream Crossbars, # Y28TR for the BaseLine Towers, # Y06136 for the Front Fit Kit, and # Y06163 for the Rear Fit Kit.

This will provide you with an extremely sleek and aerodynamic rack that features a 165 pound weight capacity. The integrated T-slots in the crossbars will also allow for easy installation with compatible accessories. Hi, Would I be able to put a rooftop tent on this rail for my venza or would that be too heavy?

Some of this depends on the particular model tent you plan on mounting, but from what I could find the Yakima setup mentioned above has sufficient capacity on your Venza to support this application. For example the Yakima SkyRise # Y07437 just requires that the roof rack has a 165 pound capacity and that's exactly what this setup sports.
