The split rubber strips in the top channels let you easily mount accessories without trimming while closing back around them to limit vibration and airflow noise. These aero-style bars are ready for just about any adventure setup. You can load up with channel-mount or clamp-on accessories—perfect for bikes, boats, or cargo boxes. Once installed, the system gives you 37-1/2" of usable crossbar length and the strength to handle up to 165 lbs (while always staying within your vehicle’s own roof load limits). For XXX bucks I thought it would include the keys. Not plastic plugs. Instructions say it should have key. They even talk about how to store the key. My advice to anyone is buy it directly from dealer.

We bought a new vehicle that we already had several Thule accessories for. Purchased the fit kit for our Tahoe along with the Flush Rail feet and they fit perfectly.
only problem is that that roof rack is very noisy when we have two kayaks attached.
I ordered a Thule rack, including the mounting feet and the cross bars. I then learned, less than a day and a half from our departure for a ski trip, the mounting feet needed a “kit” of hardware in order to function. I spoke with Justin at etrailer who confirmed the kit was in stock. Though it was mid-afternoon, Justin confirmed with etrailer Shipping the kit could go out for next day delivery. The next morning the kit arrived and I successfully mounted our rack system. Clearly my fault for not getting all the necessary components. Still, Justin solved my problem. “Customer Service” is alive and well at etrailer! Thanks, Justin!
Initially I was worried that I good not get a good Roof Rack configuration to match my 2022 Kia Telluride. When I asked etrailer for some assistance on the configuration, Jon was quick to reply with an excellent solution. He definitely knew the products. Unfortunately, my initial shipment was damaged but Gwen and team quickly got me replacements in the mail. I have received and installed all components and couldn't be more satisfied.
Thule has great products, hands down, but Andy from etrailer and etrailer as a company are the best! Andy was so helpful, it was like talking to an old friend.
