In order to use the Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Roof Rack and Lift Assist w/ Tie-Downs # TH898 with your 2022 Volvo XC60 you're going to need to add a set of crossbars.
If you're interested in suggestions, I recommend the Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711420, with the Evo Flush Rail Feet for Thule Crossbars # TH710601, and the Fit Kit for Thule Evo Flush Rail and Edge Flush Rail Roof Rack Feet # TH186028.
These crossbars have a maximum weight capacity of 220-lbs, measure 53" long x 3-1/8" wide x 1" tall, and will allow you to mount the Thule Hullavator.
