Correct Thule WingBar Edge Roof Rack Parts for 2021 Toyota RAV4 with Flush Rails

I received the Thule crossbars TH7603B for my 2021 Toyota Rav4 and they dont seem to fit into the holes of the flush mount rails. Am I doing something wrong or did I get the wrong crossbars?

The correct Thule WingBar Edge roof rack for your 2021 Toyota RAV4 with flush roof rails uses the following parts:
Crossbars - # TH89FE
Legs - # TH29SC
Fit Kit - # TH78RE
I've installed Thule roof racks on roofs with flush mount rails before and you'll want to make sure that you've followed all of the steps correctly. Sometimes that L-Shaped bracket for the fit kit will be turned the wrong way which keeps the holes from lining up correctly.
