Yes, the Thule SnowPack Ski and Snowboard Carrier # TH7326 can also carry ski poles. Then for a Thule roof rack that fits your 2023 Kia Sportage we have the Wingbar Edge part numbers # TH36FE, # TH89SC, and # TH186013 which would work really great. It's a flush bar setup which means the bars do not extend through the feet of the rack and also the bars are aero shaped which helps minimize wind noise.
