What is the top of the cross bar height above the flush rail of a Thule aero blade edge flush assembly? I have a garage door clearance of 82” and a rail height of 76-1/2” on a 2023 Suburban LS

The Edge Clamp Feet # TH79SC used for the Thule Edge roof rack on your 2023 Chevy Suburban measures 3-1/2"tall including the rubber foot pad that comes with the fit kit. Since you have a clearance height of 5-1/2" you'll have a few inches of breathing room with this setup!
