The best roof rack for a 2022 Toyota RAV4 with flush side rails is the Thule WingBar Edge roof rack, which is made up of the Thule WingBar Edge Crossbars # TH89FE, Edge Fixpoint Feet # TH29SC, and Fit Kit # TH78RE

This system has wing shaped crossbars which are currently the quietest on the market. It installs into factory fixed points so there are no clamps to deal with. The matte black finish throughout will blend in nicely with most color options, and because the crossbars are the same length as the roof of your '22 RAV4, it'll look graet.
