Will Thule 720601 fit my 2023 Chevy Tahoe? I would just need to add the bars, or any other adapter type pieces for my suv?

Hey William! The Edge Flush Rail Feet # TH89SC (720601) can be used on your 2023 Tahoe. Do you already have the feet? Assuming you do, you will need the Fit Kit # TH95JW and Thule WingBar Edge Crossbar # TH76SC (two of these) to complete the rack. If you are looking for a complete roof rack you can use the Thule WingBar Edge Roof Rack for Flush Rails # TH47WG.
