If your 2016 Mazda CX-3 has a roof rack then the Yakima SkyBox NX 16 cargo box # Y95AV will fit. To determine if there is clearance to open the rear hatch there is a measurement you can take. Measure from the center of the front roof rack crossbar back to the nearest obstruction (open the hatch when taking this measurement if there is no other obstruction like an antenna in the way). If that distance is 47 inches or more then the box will fit without interference.
