Question:

Hello...I currently have two AeroBlade Edge 7602B bars that worked very well on my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee, but I now have a 2022 Volvo XC90 with flush rails. Per Thules online fit guide, I should be able to attach them using kit 184058, but the part shows Not Available Online and when I look on other sites they say the part is discontinued. Can you please let me know what options I have that would allow me to mount the AeroBlade Edge bars to my Volvo? Maybe a different fit kit? Maybe different feet that will still work with the bars? Thank you so much!

I definitely have away for you to use a Thule roof rack on the flush rails of your 2022 Volvo XC90 but unfortunately the parts used for the Thule AeroBlade Edge have been discontinued so we'll need to look at a whole new roof rack for your vehicle. The AeroBlade Edge was replaced with the WingBar Edge system so for your vehicle you'll need the following parts:

WingBar Edge Crossbars - # TH89FE
Edge Flush Rail Feet - # TH89SC
Fit Kit - # TH186028
Lock Core Kit - # TH450400 (optional)

The WingBar Edge roof rack systems have an improved design both with the look and how you use them - especially with the dual rubber strip used for the T-Slot as opposed to a solid rubber piece that has to be trimmed for T-Slot accessories.
