Durable tie-downs bolt onto your truck bed, trailer, or ladder rack so that you can easily secure cargo. Quick-release buttons simplify unloading, and the retractable design keeps straps neatly stored when they're not in use. 1,200 lbs Max load.

Note: Tie-down straps must be chosen according to their safe working load limit (WLL). The weight of the secured cargo must not exceed the combined WLL of the straps being used. For example, if you are using straps with a WLL of 500 lbs each to tie down a load weighing 1,000 lbs, then you need at least 2 straps to safely secure that load. It is recommended that you always use straps in pairs.
These Erickson ratchet straps take the hassle out of tying down gear - especially the cargo you transport frequently, such as your boat or motorcycle. Each ratchet housing permanently mounts to your truck bed, trailer, or ladder rack with a single bolt, which is included.
To use one of the tie-downs, simply push down the red release button and pull out the strap. Then secure the vinyl-coated steel S-hook to your cargo and ratchet the strap until it's tight. You have to hook up just one end of the strap each time. And because the straps are permanently mounted, you'll never have to search for a missing tie-down. This saves you time and frustration and gets you out on the road in a flash.

Yeah the product is ok... It's much nicer than using regular ratchet Straps that always get jammed. I use them on my ladder rack for my work truck to secure them. I noticed that in less than a year, somewhere during the winter, the auto retractor failed, now I have to ratchet a whole lot everytime I take my ladder off my truck to tighten up the Straps so they aren't flopping around in the wind. If it wasn't for losing the auto retraction feature, I would have given a 5/5 star rating. 533805
They only lasted 6-8 months. The ratchet itself works but the retractable part quit working. Not very pleased with product. We use them on our work truck to strap lumber. I have used wd-40 on them once a month 726734
I have used these straps for a year and they have worked perfectly. I use them on my kayak rack and haven't had any problems with them keeping our kayaks secure. 697544
First of all, these straps weren’t what I thought they were...that’s my fault. I wanted a strap that maintains retracting force when you pull it out, so that I could hook it on one side of the trailer then go to the other side to tighten it. This strap does not do that. It does retract, but only when you release it from the ratchet side. After a year, two of the four I bought still work, but I have to hit them hard to get them to retract. The webbing has frayed on all of them and I had to remove one because it no longer worked. They don’t seem to be built well enough to be left outside, and I don’t think they are a very good value. 677493
These are fantastic! I have one of them bolted down and put a short piece of chain & a hook on the other one. No more fumbling with loose ends of straps & trying to figure out which way the ratchet operates. 672964

Very good product but I like the pro grip top loader tie down straps better. There a lot heavier duty. I ordered both products for my ladder rack. They both serve there purpose but for lumber the heavier duty tie downs are better. The retractable ratchet straps work good for ladders. 598852
Pretty good overall. One minor complaint however: The retracting mechanism is a little sticky when there’s still about a foot of strap extended, but it’s easy enough to ratchet this section back in manually. Anyway, pretty good! 569212
Purchased these to hold 14 kayaks on a trailer that we use for Special Olympics athletes. They work great- so much simpler to use than anything else we could find- important because different people use them every week, and it shortens the amount of time we spend loading and unloading them. 548277
Everything on this order was great. The information about the order and it's delivery was spot on. The order arrived and it was what I ordered. Nothing complex - just good service. 529063

Strap broke the second time it was used. 517789
Good while they lasted a few months. Less than a year and one of the straps broke, two will no longer retract automatically (have to crank them in inch by inch) and one still works but doesn’t retract the full length. Etrailer reached out to me wanting my feedback one year after purchasing. I told them the above and their reply was basically oh well they have a 90 day warranty. They asked for me to write a review so here it is. 513502
Perfect for securing my kayak to my tra iler. 501592
Great product, great price, great deliv ery 500707
The service was great. It was delivered on the day they said it would be. I got the ratchet straps to replace the ones on my truck rack. They work well. And I got the hold downs for the rack it self. And they work great. Thanks 489565

Had the buckles for about year and they are still strong as the day I purchased them! Thanks etrailer for a great product! 481583
They didn't last in our line of work 473670
Good 447093
so far so good. Was concerned about installing them on my tube lumber rack since the Straps are really meant for flat surfaces. Once bolted securely, they work as advertised. Love that the hook has a little pocket to sit in that keeps it from flopping around while not in use. 397990
Will be installing these on a kayak trailer. Will be great, not to have to deal with gathering up straps after unhooking. Then again after loading, and hooking back up. Hope they hold up being attached perminitly out in the weather though. 388875
