Question:
I would like to know if you sell an equivalent product to Item # EM34417, but with a 15foot length. We want 1 side to be able to bolt down and the other end being a hook.

The longest bolt on strap with hook we have is the Erickson Re-Tractable Ratchet Straps w/ Push Button Releases - 2" x 10' # EM34416. For your 15 foot length you may want to consider using two of the # EM34417 straps and connecting the hooks in the middle.
If that won't work for your application, then I recommend using a 15 foot strap like # EM01416 and Let's Go Aero D-Ring Tie-Down Anchors - Bolt On # MMP536.
