Hey Jerry. We don't carry Rhino straps. To replace them, I recommend the Erickson Re-Tractable Ratchet Straps w/ Push Button Releases item # EM34417. These are a great set of straps that automatically roll up the slack and store inside the housing with the push of a button. The included hardware will allow you to bolt them to your trailer.
The Erickson Re-Tractable Ratchet Straps item # EM34417 measure 1" wide by 10" long and have a maximum load strength of 1,200 lbs. The zinc-coated steel is corrosion resistant and the S hooks are coated in vinyl to prevent scratching your trailer or truck.

I bought these and they popped right onto a hole that was already on my trailer. I think I had to drill it out slightly to accommodate the larger bolt, can't quite remember, but no worries. The ratcheting gizmo works really well. I use them to hold a tie-down bar. Very slick.
