This bathtub will replace your old, cracking tub so you can take a relaxing soak after a fun day of hiking and swimming. You can put a bar of soap, a shampoo bottle, a razor, and other toiletries on the flat outer ledge and be able to grab them quickly while you're bathing. Should you want to take a shower instead of a bath, the textured floor will help prevent you from slipping and falling, and the 3-sided tile flange will help prevent water from being splashed behind the tub and causing water damage to the wall.
This bathtub easily replaces or upgrades your existing RV tub or shower pan with a front drain hole setup. Mounting hardware is not included. After the floor or pedestal has been cleaned of debris, set the bathtub in place, making sure the pre-installed foam base is sitting securely and evenly. This foam base supports the bathtub so it won't crack over time, and it'll dampen the sound of the tub filling up with water. Once the bathtub has been installed, it is compatible with any standard 2" drain strainers.

Jeff: Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a look at this Better Bath 38 inch long by 24 inch wide center drain RV bathtub in the parchment color. This bathtub will replace or upgrade the existing bathtub or shower pan in your RV or camper. If you notice, it has the center drain hole setup, the drain hole is two inches in diameter, as opposed to the drain being on either side, this is right in the center. It does use a nice three-sided tile flange right here, helps prevent water from seeping behind the bathtub and damaging the wall. And it is a nice flat rim around the perimeter of the tub, which will hold soap, shampoo bottles and other toiletries.Does have a nice textured, the anti-slip bottom, reduces the chance of falls, and it's made of a durable scratch-resistant ABS thermoplastic polymer construction, which means it's a lot lighter, more environmentally friendly than fiberglass.
Also on the bottom, you can see it has this pre-installed foam base, which will prevent cracking, provides nice sound dampening. And again, the color of this tub is parchment. It is IAPMO certified, CSA compliant, and ASME certified. Hardware is required to attach this bathtub to the floor or pedestal and it is not included, you would have to purchase that separately. This part is made in the USA.Last thing I'm going to do is give you some overall specs on this tub.
Exterior dimensions, so if we go length from this end to this end, it's going to be right at 38 inches, the width on it from this end to this end is right at 24 inches, and the total depth to the top here is right at 12-3/4 inches deep. Now the interior dimensions, the length is going to be from the inside here to the inside here, so if we put a ruler on that, it's going to be right at 35 inches long. The width is the same way, it's going to be inside at the very top to inside at the very top, it's going to be right at 19-1/2 inches wide. And the total depth from the very top is right at 10-1/2 inches deep. But that should do it for the review on this Better Bath 38 inch long by 24 inch wide center drain RV bathtub..
