Been a month haven’t received them yet they are in stock but guess we are waiting for one item which it’s in stock date gets pushed back every day. And the company doesn’t let the customer know the date changes or when they will send it.

Haven't installed the topper yet but the rails went on fine and look like they'll work. Delivery was fast and packaging was secure.

I am very pleased with the roof rack system I purchased .. The quality is what I expected from Thule equipment.
I have to admit, I was a little skeptical that the Thule products I ordered were going to be an off brand replica. Happily, they were factory Thule products and they worked very well. I have had Thule products in the past so I was familiar with how to install them. The Thule designers have really done a great job thinking about how the product should work. etrailer had exactly what I needed and delivered on time. The shipping update page was very detailed and I will definitely be ordering future products from etrailer.com!
One year in, this fit kit and the whole system have worked very well on my Kia EV6.
I miss the simplicity, in terms of cost as well as installation and removal, of the old Thule rectangular-bar racks, but this system looks better, is quiet, won't sag, and seems more robust.
Etrailer is the only way to go, period! I almost bought on Amaz*n, but comparing the two, realized I would actually get help if needed. Through their website, I was able to get the right "kit" for my car, not realizing they weren't universal. They helped me through it and like many others have said, when they didn't have a component in stock, I was notified and given an upgrade for free. I will definitely come back here for their service and knowledge.
Also, everything I bought came with a youtube link how to install each item.

Very happy with this non-permanent mounting solution. The addition of the bars + ski rack cut my Honda CRV's mileage significantly, so I was happy for the ease that this mounting system allowed for mounting/removing the platform. I would recommend this over a permanent rack.

This "fit kit" from THULE does not impress me much. It does not sit flush with the roof rails of my 2021 Toyota highlander, doesn't really line up with the openings on the flush mount rails, and only attaches to the vehicle via one bolt at each of the 4 mounting locations. In that sense it's inferior to even the OEM toyota roof rack mount.

Customer Service at etrailer is par none, both before the sale and after. I had an unpleasant experience elsewhere buying and installing a roof rack for my old Prius. After a few days of frustrations, I sent it back to that old online store.
This time, I contacted etrailer to see what ALL I needed to install a rack on my new 2018 Honda CRV. They sent me the part numbers and a link to purchase. Viola! After they arrived, I had difficulty with one of the parts (at 69 yo my hands are not too strong or flexible) and contacted etrailer. They sent pictures and more thorough instructions on installing the rubber strip. Another VIOLA!
I'm so very happy with my total experience at etrailer. Customer Service, truly, is not better any where else I have made online or brick-n-mortar purchases.
Once we got it correctly installed it stayed firm. We only have occasion to use it once a year for an annual trip. Although I think it reduces gas mileage, it's too much trouble to take down and put back up. It works fine to hold extra baggage.
I’ll let you know after I get new crossbars to put them on.

Continues to work out fine. We still only use it once a year. It was a lot of work to install properly, plus we have locks on it so we dont take it down.
