It looks like the 2020 Ford Explorer comes stock with the raised rails. For this, I recommend the Thule WingBar Edge Crossbars - Silver # TH53RE or Black # TH69FE, coupled with the Raised Rail Feet # TH69SC.
The fact that they have a t-track on top means that you have a wide variety of accessories that you'll be able to mount to them. I spoke with a Thule representative and they assured me that the raised rails of your Explorer would ensure that you will have no problem with the rack and your sunroof.
