2019 Honda CR-v and I don't have any rails or anything on top. I am looking for the best roof rack to use with different accessories like a bike rack or kayak carrier or cargo box (we like to stay active!) What do you think is the best one?

The best roof rack for your 2019 Honda CR-V with a naked roof to help you manage your active lifestyle is from Thule and consists of:

The Thule rack is the best for you because the way it fits on your '19 CR-V allows you to use the full length of the 53 inch crossbars, which means you can use a multitude of accessories like bike racks, rooftop cargo boxes and kayak carriers, even some at the same time.
The WingBar Evo crossbars are also quiet, so you can drive to your destination peacefully, as opposed to having to deal with the annoying whistling noise that can occur with other types of crossbars.
