Can this foot pack hold weigh of thule roof box? What is the maximum weight that this foot pack can hold?

The Thule Evo Clamp Roof-Rack Foot Pack part # TH710501 which is a fit for your 2018 Honda CR-V if you have a bare roof is designed to be used with the Thule WingBar Evo Load Bars part # TH711420 and the Thule Roof-Rack Fit Kit part # TH145046. It has a weight capacity of 165 lbs however, you will need to take a look in the owner's manual for the roof's weight capacity as the lower of the two (vehicle/roof rack) will be your limiting factor.

Therefore, as long as the roof rack and roof box plus cargo do not exceed the vehicle's or roof rack's weight capacity then you will have no problems using this system. This system features aero crossbars which will reduce both wind noise and drag in addition to containing channels for use with most channel mounted roof top accessories.

You can add locks to the above rack using part # TH450400. I have attached a review video of this system on a similar 2018 Honda CR-V for you as well.
