I have a 2024 Honda Pilot EXL with naked roof. Will this work on my vehicle Item # TH76FE Item # TH79RV And will it be flush to the roof?

Yes, they will but you will also need to install the Edge Clamp Feet for Thule Edge Crossbars item # TH79SC as well. These connect the Thule WingBar Edge Crossbars item # TH76FE to the Fit Kit for Thule Edge Clamp Roof Rack Feet item # TH79RV and to your 2024 Honda Pilot's naked roof.
The top of the crossbars on this Thule roof rack system will sit 3-1/2" above the top of your Honda's roof and it is considered a flush roof rack because the crossbars do not extend past the legs.
