I have a couple other options for you, but there is not currently a hitch that fits your 2023 Volvo S60 hybrid. Instead you would need to look at a roof rack or trunk mount style.

The easiest and most cost effective way is the trunk mount style like the Thule OutWay Trunk Bike Rack # TH45JV. This involves a lot less parts, you just need to install the rack and you can carry 2 bikes weighing up to 33 lbs. per bike.

For a roof rack option, there are a couple routes. There are vacuum sealed options like the SeaSucker Mini Bomber Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # 298-BM2006 which vacuums directly to your roof. Or there are racks that require a roof rack, like the Yakima FrontLoader Wheel Mount Bike Carrier # Y02103.

If you go a route similar to the Yakima and do not have a roof rack, one can be added using the below parts.
