Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a quick look at this Thule replacement hitch wrench. This is going to allow you to tighten the threads, threaded hitch pin to secure the shank of your bike rack to your hitch receiver. This will work for the Thule T1 bike rack, the T2 bike racks, and the T2 Classic bike racks that you see listed on the screen there. So, if you have any of those bike racks and you're needing to replace that original hitch tool for tightening that hitch pin, this is going to be exactly what you need.

Tightens the threaded hitch pin to secure the shank of your bike rack in your hitch receiver.The hitch wrench was a perfect replacement for the original wrench that came with the Thule T1. More important was the excellent customer service from etrailer. I needed the part quickly and had paid for 2 day delivery. When I got the confirmation email it said the part was in stock but wouldn't be shipped for five days, plus the two days for shipping, and that I would receive the part in a week. I immediately called etrailer and the customer service representative put me on hold and checked into the problem. Bottom line is she said the part would be shipped out that day, and that she personally would make sure it was shipped before her shift ended. Not only that, but instead of two day shipping they sent it out with next day delivery, and the part arrived at 10 am. Very impressed with the way they handled the situation!
