Hi! I have an old Thule Vertex 9029 4 bike hitch rack and I need to replace the bolt and washers that connect it to the hitch. If I want to get one that locks, which ones are compatible? I have a 2016 Highlander with 2inch hitch if that matters. Thank you!!

Hello Michelle, thanks for reaching out. We do have the bolt and washers that will connect your Thule Vertex 4 bike rack to the hitch. For that you can use the following:

- Replacement 12 x 40 mm Hitch Bolt for Thule Hitch Bike Racks and Goalpost Hitch Mounted Load Bar # 908-1240-54

- Replacement M12 Washer for Thule Hitch Mounted Carriers # 951-1224-54

- Replacement M12 Lock Washer for Thule Hitch Mounted Products # 956122159

Or if you'd like to replace the bolt with a lock you can use this:

- Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device # THSTL2

The lock kit comes with the hitch bolt, lock core, washers, keys and tightening tool. Definitely a good way to add some security to your rack.
