I checked with Thule and the correct washer is the Replacement M12 Washer # 951-1224-54.
This will work as a replacement for the washer for the Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device # THSTL2 along with the Replacement M12 Lock Washer # 956122159 and Replacement Threaded Pin # TH62RE.
