Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this Hollywood Racks replacement threaded hitchpin. This is going to replace the anti-rattle threaded hitchpin and clip on your Hollywood Racks sport rider or traveler bicycle carrier. This will work for your one and a quarter inch and two inch hitch models, all those part numbers that you see on the screen there. So, if you have any of those you can trust this is gonna work for you because it is a replacement from Hollywood Rack, so no worries about fit issues, or compatibility problems, anything like that. This is gonna secure your bike rack in the trailer hitch and help to reduce any rattle.
They do include the washers and clip for you as well, and just to give you a little extra reassurance, you can see that our overall length here, we're about four and one eighth of an inch. Includes 1/2" threaded bolt, washers, and clip.I have a Hollywood bicycle rack that is 15 years old and was used on two different vehicles. I have a new vehicle and decided to use a different adapter to reduce the hitch size. Ths caused me a fitting problem with the original attachment bolt. I bought this longer bolt with more threads (same thread size) which works perfectly with my new setup.. I could have used what I had, but the bike rack extended 6 inches more form the bumper compared to my new setup. I'm very happy!
Thank you for such prompt shipping and keeping me informed about delivery. I loaned my bike rack out and it was returned without the Hitch Bolt! Now I am able to mount my bike rack and head for the trail.

I bought this for my Bell bike rack (400 series) and it fits well. However, the pin hole is large which makes the cotter pin sit loosely.
There was also no locking washer that appears in the picture.
Etrailer has been attentive and helpful and since I am using the product for a non intending brand, 4 stars is accurate for my experience.

This was a replacement part for a hitched bike rack. Have only used for a week but material appears durable and good quality. Low chance of bending the pin unlike the rack's original part. Communication from seller was excellent and products were delivered fast!

Ordered this as a replecement for a Bell hitch mount bike rack. Threads match the bike rack and this should keep the bike rack securely attached to the hitch receiver.
