Ordering from etrailer was seamless and Mike B who assisted with my orders was fantastic. My first order was incorrect as I made an error by ordering a similar part but with a wrong connection. I located the correct part and submitted a new order request which was assigned a different Customer Service Rep. I made a call to reported my error to Mike B who made sure the new order was processed quickly and sent out instructions to send back the wrong part. Bought this little nugget because needed a new one for my Tow-Pro EBRH-ACCV2 to see if it would work for it because the one I have was missing its out case and was just gonna steal the outer case but don't need to because it works for EBRH-ACCV2! Bench tested it with a 12v power supply and yup it works.
I would absolutely recommend the redarc tow pro liberty model. Setup was fairly simple and it works extremely well. I currently pull a 30 ft trailer with it and getting it setup is super easy and I can adjust the brake power instantly
Missing part in initial delivery, part shipped after contacting etrailer. Brake controller is up and running. Seems to be a great product though I'm still dialing it in.
Same as original. Careful with these… easy to cross thread.
Poor design, broke LED off the first one I purchased trying to install in dash. Panel I had to pay 11.37 for should be included in kit.

control knob will not stay in place. i will like to recive a replacement knob.
