Designed for your Flash E Series ball mount, this lock set includes a 5/8" lock to replace the adjustment pin that holds the ball mount platform in place on the shank, and a 5/8" lock to secure the ball mount in your 2-1/2" receiver.

Locking pins are great . No issues with unlocking or locking after a year .
Product look good for about a month then it started to rust up. Then the lock wouldn’t open to adjust the hitch. Had to cut it off. Don’t waste your money. Poor quality . Hitch is also terrible lost its luster after a couple of months,both balls rusted up and loosened up. The money it cost isn’t worth it.
This product looked very nice on line , It had great reviews and the price was right.
The hitch will be used on a work pick hauling multiple trailers which is why we need the versatility of the two ball sizes. We also bought the recommended lock set for this hitch. We were very impressed with the hitch once we received it , which came very quickly and in great shape.
I would recommend this product at this time.
I am using this product to make sure my Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Mount 2-1/2" Hitch (item # C45902) doesn't grow legs and walk away while I am not looking. They are a little pricey, but so was the hitch. They seem to be very well made. You can also add 5/8" washers to fill any gaps that you don't want.
I would recommend this product if you want to keep your hitch. Fits my 2011 Chevy Silverado 2500HD factory heavy-duty hitch perfectly.
About 2 months into using this product, I noticed that it had cracked all the way through on one side and the end came off. This could have been real bad if it would have wiggled out and the ball come loose when I was pulling a trailer.
The locking trailer hitch pins and keys are excellent. They came swiftly and are of very high quality. I definitely would use etrailer.com again. The service is outstanding and they know their business.
Just purchased a Fastway FLASH E-series HD adjustable ball mount for my new '17 F250 Superduty. The mount looks great out of the box and fantastic on the truck. Will be towing a triple axle trailer with 30' center console soon as well as a utility trailer off and on. Nice to have one set-up that's able to tow two different loads. The polished finish is very nice and the matching lock set looks very secure. Amazingly fast shipping from etrailer.com too. Even curious George likes it.
Perfect for my trailer hitch and secure.
Pins are exactly what I needed for my extra wide hitch and great material. Easy to use and love the same key so not so many on key chain.

Still working great just like when I first got it. No problems at all.
Excellent customer service from sale to follow-up on order receipt. Product exceeded what was expected and arrived as promised. Needed a much heavier hitch for my 3/4 ton Duramax with a 2 1/2" receiver tube. Perfect combination of weight ratings and adjustability. Will definitely do more business with etrailer.
I ordered the Flash Simple HD hitch and also bought the locking pins (Item #FA86-00-3685). With the 2" ball in position the locking pin was snug but worked. However when turned upside down to use the 2 5/16 ball the pin would not go completely through. etrailer quickly sent me a replacement which works fine. To be safe, I would suggest verifying the pin works in all position combinations.

My Reese adjustable receiver hitch requires a lock with a 3 3/4” minimum shaft on the lock. This 4” fits fine. 3” fits receiver so now I have one key for both another plus for removing from vehicle to vehicle. Most all stores only carry up to 3 5/8” not long enough for the lock to latch. Actual lock piece is much heavier also.

The locking pins fit great and function properly! I'm sure they will keep unwanted hands off of them!
The hitch lock works as advertised. Only down side was it sticks out a fair amount on both sides making breakaway chain attachment a little difficult.

They definitely fit my hitch and time will really tell
I was surprised that the pin and lock both have a smooth exterior vs one having the engraved pattern so both ends wouldn't be slippery in damp/wet weather.
Overall both pins are long enough to fit through my 2.5" hitch/truck and my class E hitch/ball ends.
It's definitely nice to have the two locking pins keyed the same and not having to worry about someone stealing the ball mount or the entire hitch. Highly recommend.
